In its back up role, we depend on our standby unit to perform when and as needed, but we also know that a generator is a machine and machines need service. A generator may be on the job for years before maintenance is needed. Error alerts are handled through our website with the techs being able to enter information about repairs and then email the customer once repairs are completed. It also has the ability to remotely start your generator and perform a monthly ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) test which simulates a power outage to be sure the ATS is working
